KAWASAKI Z900

The 2017 Kawasaki Z900 ABS replaces the Z1000 and the Z800. The 948cc engine has been specially designed for a naked bike and produces mouth watering 125 PS of maximum power @ 9500 rpm, and develops maximum torque of 98.6 NM @ 7700 rpm. Z900 weighs just 210 kg and comes with a rider friendly 795 mm of seat height. The bike also sports a new trellis frame which Kawasaki claims has helped in reducing the kerb weight and has also improved the handling dynamics of the motorcycle. Okinawa

I recently went to Okinawa. Japan consists of 47 prefectures or states and this is the only one I had not seen. At nearly 3 hours flying south it is only a little bit less than to the Philippines and quite different to the rest of Japan. Okinawa first appeared on Motorcycle Paradise March 2017 Okinawa has a tropical climate not dissimilar to my home town region so I was looking forward to warm

Black Dog Adventure Club ride Thailand

I decided 2017 should be a year I try different things. So instead of my usual solo travel I joined up with a bunch of like minded blokes to ride around Thailand. Black Dog Adventure Club ride Thailand first appeared on Motorcycle Paradise March 2017 I am a confident solo traveler but I enjoy the company of others too. This year I decided I am going to try meet people and be more social so

GoPro Hero 5 Session Vs Polaroid Cube

My goal with having an action cam was something I could quickly pickup, turn on and aim while riding to capture things when not able to pull over or just randomly for fun. I enjoy the size and shape of the Polaroid Cube which is easy to hold and operate while riding my motorcycle. The main issue I have with the Cube is its long shutter delay from pressing the button (can be a couple of seconds

Down Under Tour. Part Two Gunpowder and Trainspotting

My motorcycle tour in Australia continues as I ride south into the state of Victoria after a very cold and wet day previously. You can read part one via this link where I rode through central New South Wales on some lesser travelled roads for motorcycles that turned out to be very interesting. Yesterday I fortunately had the foresight to remove my winter liners from the panniers. I needed them
