YAMAHA YZF R15 ONE MAKE RACE CHAMPIONSHIP CONCLUDED


The fifth and final round of the Yamaha YZF R15 One Make Race Championship concluded today at the Madras Motor Race Track, Chennai. The Madras Motor Sports Club (MMSC) and the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) organised the event. As both Yamaha and non-Yamaha customers participated in the race, the championship witnessed a great deal of enthusiasm from the contestants.


Over the years the winners of the Yamaha R15 One Make Race have got opportunities to represent Yamaha Motor at international platforms. The winners of 2011 represented India Yamaha Motor at the Sugo Road Race Series 2012 at Sugo race track, Japan. Yamaha R15 is light weight, has power on demand, besides having centralized mass, stopping power, aerodynamics, ergonomics and stability.


Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Roy Kurian, National Business Head, India Yamaha Motor said, �We are delighted to see such high level of participation and response from the audience for Round five of the championship. TVS WITH THREE NEW PRODUCTS

TVS Motor Company which is a chennai-based Indian two-wheeler manufacturer is preparing to launch two scooters and one motorcycle. The most important thing is the re-entry of TVS Victor, while the two automatic scooters will be India�s first Hybrid automatic scooter, Qube Hybrid and a 125 cc Automatic scooter. HARLEY DAVIDSON TARGETING INDIA WOMEN

One of the famous American motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson after establishing their feet in the Indian market, they are doing well in India and now they are aiming to attract women as the global trend of women taking to bike-riding is increasing. Karen Davidson, the great-granddaughter of Harley Davidson co-founder William Davidson and Creative Director of Harley-Davidson bike company, said "Women riders on Harley-Davidson are not unusual. It was unusual years back, when I used to ride it. But now it's common.".
